O ratinho está particularmente infame neste fim de mês porque temos muitos filmes traduzidos e legendados para recapitular. De Manhattan à floresta, passando pelo deserto e a ponte aérea Rio-SP, estivemos em toda a parte. Shall we?

O SONO DA MORTE
A primeira semana já começou com estreia da PlayArte Pictures. O terror que está mais para suspense apresenta o menino Jacob Tremblay como principal atração, trazendo ares cuti-cuti para a trama, já que ele não faz o papel de uma criança possuída nem aterrorizante.
O filme é obra do diretor Mike Flanagan, que também dirigiu “O Espelho”. A LBM traduziu esse filme em 2014 e tomamos altos sustos. Recomendamos também!
VIREI UM GATO
A comédia da Diamond Films estreou na segunda semana de setembro, após meses de campanha para decidir com o público qual seria o nome do personagem principal, o gato. Ficou decidido que seria “Sr. Bola de Pelos”, e assim foi. O protagonista também inspirou uma parceria da distribuidora com a ONG Adote um Gatinho para incentivar adoções de bichanos <3
A parte mais divertida foi escrever “tomografia cãoputadorizada” numa legenda 😉
ÚLTIMOS DIAS NO DESERTO
Na mesma semana, tivemos a estreia da Mares Filmes com um filme bíblico nada tradicional. “Últimos Dias no Deserto” narra a história de Yeshua (Jesus) enquanto peregrina pelo deserto jejuando, ocasião em que conhece uma família em crise e se envolve em seus conflitos. Com poucos diálogos e muita desolação desértica, o retrato intimista e humanizado do filho d’O Cara pode precipitar novas reflexões.
BRUXA DE BLAIR
A terceira semana de estreias começou com o aguardado terceiro filme da franquia “A Bruxa de Blair”. O retorno do filme, que foi feito inteiramente em segredo e sem nenhum vazamento de material, foi sucesso de crítica e público. Alguns críticos acreditam que esse seria um final digno para a série, porém o roteirista Simon Barrett declarou que não é a bruxa que vemos ao final do filme, e sim outra pessoa. Será que o ratinho voltará a acampar com a Bruxa de Blair no futuro?
DESCULPE O TRANSTORNO
A comédia badaladinha lançada pela Disney e Gullane chegou à LBM em forma de texto traduzido para o inglês. Passou por spotting, marcação e adaptação e deve estar sendo assistida por algum gringo neste minuto 🙂
A semana de lançamento do filme foi cercada por bafafás acerca da carta do Gregório Duvivier para a Clarice Falcão na sua coluna da Folha, o que rendeu um belo marketing para o filme. Se você estava vivendo em outro galáxia naquela semana e não viu, leia aqui.
LEMBRANÇAS DE UM AMOR ETERNO
Para fechar esse setembrão gordo maravilhoso, uma última estreia também da PlayArte Pictures. O novo filme de Giuseppe Tornatore (Cinema Paradiso) fez a gente dar uma choradinha. O ar solene do filme também pediu uma tradução mais conservadora e, assim, fomos resgatando as origens da tradução para o cinema, mais séria.
O filme ainda está com várias sessões disponíveis, dê uma olhadinha aqui.
